What are my shipping options?
We offer standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $39. All standard shipping orders are shipped on Monday/Wednesday/Friday and take about 3-7 business days to arrive.
We also offer express shipping via FedEx 2-Day and Standard Overnight for an additional fee. Orders received before 2pm MST Monday-Friday are shipped the same day. FedEx only delivers Monday-Friday and can take 1-2 business days to arrive depending on the option chosen.
For Canadian orders, we ship via USPS Priority Mail International for an additional fee. Orders take about 2 weeks for delivery because of time spent processing through customs.
For all other International orders, we ship via USPS Priority Mail International.
Will my shipment arrive in a plain box with no labeling?
Yes, our packaging is very discreet -- just a plain box from DreamBrands Inc.
We will never sell or otherwise provide any of your information to any other party.
Is my credit card information secure?
Absolutely. Your credit card information is protected with a secure SSL Certificate that encrypts your transactions with industry-standard secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Both your credit card information and personal information are protected.
How do I use my coupon?
If you have an online coupon code, enter it on the shopping cart page and click "Apply Coupon". The discount will automatically be added to your shopping cart. If your coupon is meant to be used at a local retailer, please take the coupon with you when you are making the purchase.
Will I be automatically re-billed?
You will never be re-billed when ordering on DreamBrands.com. All our orders are one-time only unless you choose the auto-delivery option.
Can I change my order once it has been submitted?
Unfortunately you cannot. If you want to add items to your order, you will have to place a separate order. If you would like to cancel items on your order, please contact us so we can cancel your order before it is processed.
How will I keep track of my order's progress?
We will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will also be emailed to you once the order is shipped.
Does DreamBrands charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax on orders being shipped to Arizona.
Can I buy your products in my favorite drug or grocery store?
Yes, each of our product pages has a store locator on the top right of the screen.
Do you have an email list to receive coupons, newsletters, etc.?
Yes, you can sign up for our special offers by scrolling down to the bottom of any page and entering your email where it says "Join our community and receive special offers".
What is the 60 day money back guarantee?
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 60 days of the sale date and issue a refund.
What is the return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase within 60 days, we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one.

When will my return be credited?
Returns take about 1-2 business days to process after the product has been received. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Are these products safe?
Purified water, carrageenan and other natural ingredients make our lubricants safe and effective. The Natural Personal Lubricant product and the [G] Stimulating Lubricant product were developed, tested and manufactured following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). All product labeling follow cosmetic regulations 21 CFR 701.
All ingredients in these products are approved for use in cosmetic and medical device products. And most ingredients are also GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) which are FDA-approved ingredients safe enough for use in food.
Internal Harmony Cream contains ingredients that are approved cosmetic ingredients as well as other natural herbs and vitamins that have been used safely for years.
Our natural water-based lubricant formula was tested for preservative effectiveness, cytotoxicity, skin irritation, vaginal irritation and latex condom compatibility. Our [G] stimulating gel formula was also tested for preservative effectiveness, cytotoxicity and skin irritation. Cytotoxicity is a study that uses human cells in determining whether or not a formula/ingredient does damage to cells. Our formulas were found to be non-toxic. And on an on-going basis, each new batch of product is tested to guarantee there is no microbiological growth.
All batches of our topical cream products like Internal Harmony are also tested to make sure they do not have any microbial growth.
Every batch of our supplement products like Mdrive and Internal Harmony, are tested for to guarantee they are free from microbial contamination as well as other contaminants to guarantee the purity of the product.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our cosmetic products are manufactured under Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in our Phoenix, Arizona, USA production plant. Our supplement products are produced in a NSF certified facility in Tempe, AZ.
